1. Who we are
FlightSure is a trading name of DT Global Ventures Ltd. (Companies House 16042336; registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE) and is the data controller for personal data processed via this site and our sales conversations.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data we collect through flightsure.co.uk, including via our contact and demo-request forms, and personal data exchanged during sales conversations and demo calls. It does not cover personal data processed inside the FlightSure product on behalf of our customers — that is covered by our MSA and DPA with each customer.
3. The data we collect
From you, when you fill in a form or email us: name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message. From your browser (with consent): IP address, device and browser metadata, pages viewed, referrer. From sales conversations: call notes, meeting attendees, follow-up actions. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
4. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. To evaluate suitability and onboard you, if we proceed to a contract. To send you operational follow-ups and (only where you have explicitly opted in) marketing updates. To improve the website and our service, in aggregate. To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Lawful basis
Legitimate interests, contract, consent (for non-essential cookies and any marketing email), and legal obligation where applicable.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with our subprocessors (CRM, hosting, email — listed on request), professional advisers where strictly necessary, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Where any of our subprocessors are outside the UK / EEA, we rely on UK IDTA / EU SCCs and supplementary measures as appropriate.
8. Retention
Demo and contact-form submissions: up to 24 months from the most recent interaction. Customer-relationship records: lifetime of relationship plus 6 years. Web analytics: 12 months in aggregate.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@flightsure.co.uk. We respond within one calendar month.
10. Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of essential cookies and a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible) that does not set tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
