We are a hybrid team based out of Cambridge, with two days a week in the office for everyone except a small number of fully remote specialists.
We do not run a sprint cadence. We don't ship behind feature flags for a year. Most engineers talk to a customer most weeks. The product roadmap is owned by the people building it, not a separate product organisation.
Compensation is competitive London-market for technical roles, with material early equity for the first 25 hires. We do visa sponsorship for senior roles. We offer six weeks of holiday and a meaningful learning budget. We don't do unlimited holiday — that's a tax on the people who actually take it.
